The closest thing I have to a liquid in the recipe below is coconut oil and that is added to give the creamer a more creamy consistency. ![]() Any liquid might cause the powdered creamer to clump up. NOTE 3: Notice that none of these flavoring ideas have liquid in them. Squish those evil lumps or pulverize them in a blender or milk frother. That said, sometimes certain ingredients decide to behave however they want and might clump up anyway (just like store bought powdered creamer will clump up sometimes even though it’s not supposed to). ![]() So if you use less than fresh ingredients or use less than hot coffee, it just might clump up. NOTE 2: If you are using FRESH ingredients for this recipe and add them to HOT coffee, it should mix in just fine without any clumping (from my experience). Therefore, these flavors might not be the best to use on the go. * NOTE 1: The ingredients with an asterisk (*) might (might not, depends on quality and how hot your coffee is) require a blender or milk frother to mix into the coffee.
